MOPA® column panel formwork system is similar to the “MOPA wall panel system” with its bolted rectangular hollow joist profiles, the cold-formed high-strength edge profile, and other accessories like locks, props, etc. The difference is that the holes where the tierods pass through are pre-drilled in the fabrication process and double hollow profiles are used to hold tierods against tension load. Panels are placed perpendicular to each other, allowing column locks to be placed through the pre-drilled holes and providing columns of different sizes to be formed with the same panels.
