TMS Climbex (Hydraulic Wind Shield System): 24 m height of 5.5-storey protection!

The Address Hotel is the latest and tallest building in the mixed-use project of Emaar Square Istanbul.

A Concrete Core wall in the middle of the plan and steel composite columns surrounding the core have carried out 53 floors of the skyscraper.

TMS has the record of the highest hydraulic wind shield system design and application in Turkey.

The screen was able to close 5.5 storeys, 24 m at once, giving maximum safety for work on high floors.
